TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings and Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session. Payments can be made via Yape or bank transfer.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made after this period will incur a fee of S/ 30 or may result in the loss of the deposit, depending on the case.
Delivery
The maximum delivery time for digital photos is 8 business days from the session date. Edited photos are delivered in a private online album. Unedited files will not be provided.
Photo Selection
The photographer handles the curation and selects the best images for editing. Full galleries are not provided for client selection.
Session Conditions
Sessions take place in Lima Metropolitana. Locations outside this area may incur an additional transportation fee. In case of extreme weather conditions, the session may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.
Image Usage
Dangel.Ft reserves the right to use the photos in his portfolio and on social media, unless the client states otherwise in writing before the session.
Cancellations
If the client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.
